Our goal is to make high-quality pet products accessible to pet owners around the globe. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Our prices are all based on FOB Shanghai (Free On Board Shanghai).
The payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance, requiring a 40% deposit.
Production will only be arranged upon receipt of deposit. The specific delivery time (i.e., the date when the goods are ready for shipment) depends on the order quantity and the production schedule. We will provide the exact estimated shipping date upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions, discounts, or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout, ensuring full transparency before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. ADHOPPET does not control these fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. ADHOPPET is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide your order number and any relevant photos, and our customer support team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
